As the Product Owner, you play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology. You work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve processes and products, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. You promote open communication across teams and keep track of progress, helping everything run smoothly. By gathering and analyzing requirements, you turn them into clear, actionable specifications for our developers.

In addition, you collaborate with external vendors to ensure improvements are implemented effectively and efficiently. With a proactive mindset, you help guide the transition to a scalable, future-ready platform, always looking for new opportunities to optimize and innovate. You make sure that all initiatives align with our business strategy and the current technological landscape.

You are also vital in managing the release process, from thorough testing of new features to overseeing bug fixes. You ensure new releases meet our requirements, uphold high quality standards, and deliver real value to the business. Your efforts make a meaningful impact, contributing to both the growth and success of our projects.

What we are looking for

  • A higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in the IT sector

  • You are analytical and well-organized with a keen eye for detail

  • You are proactive and coaching, with the ability to inspire others and convey your product vision

  • You always strive for the best solution

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in managing external teams is a plus
