As a Salesforce Architect, you collaborate closely with the Head of Development and both internal and external stakeholders to enhance our Salesforce platform. You lead the design and implementation of end-to-end architecture, develop a clear technical vision, and strategically manage the Salesforce environment. Your focus is on creating a scalable, sustainable setup for Salesforce, ensuring seamless execution of solutions.

In this role, you serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce developers and end-users, fostering effective collaboration within the team. You take ownership of all automation processes within Salesforce and manage integrations built on the platform. Additionally, you empower end-users to fully leverage Salesforce, enabling them to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Ultimately, you drive the creation of a robust, future-proof Salesforce architecture that supports the company’s growth and international expansion, helping achieve our ambitious goals!

Your daily tasks include:

• Developing and maintaining a Salesforce strategy and architecture, including a roadmap that aligns with both current and future business goals

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical requirements

• Managing implementations and configurations within Salesforce, ensuring thorough testing and documentation of new releases

• Making functional and technical decisions, supporting the team with complex issues, and ensuring alignment among all involved in every stage of the project

• Using data and analytics to improve platform adoption and strengthen business results

• Leading change management processes within Salesforce projects

What we are looking for

• You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Einstein) with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce environments

• You have extensive experience optimizing the Lead-to-Cash process through Salesforce implementations and configurations

• You have at least 3 years of experience guiding teams

• You are strong in process thinking and analytical work

• You have a strong sense of ownership and are driven to ensure the Salesforce solution is successful and grows with the organization.

• Excellent communication skills

• Profound command of the English language, both written and spoken
